Create a task, choose its due date, add recurrence or an assignee, and keep the project context attached.
Put dated tasks beside the rest of your day.
ClearSpace sends scheduled tasks to Google Calendar, so client deadlines, recurring work, and next steps stay visible alongside meetings—without turning your calendar into your task manager.
Connect your Google account once. Dated tasks are created as calendar events and updates follow changes you make in ClearSpace.
Calendar visibility without losing task context.
Use ClearSpace to manage the work and Google Calendar to see when it fits. That separation keeps both tools useful.
Sync new dated tasks
When Calendar is connected, a task with a due date is added to your primary Google Calendar.
Keep changes aligned
Updates to a task’s name, date, status, or description are reflected in its linked calendar event.
Clear completed work
Completing or deleting a task removes its linked event, so old work does not clutter your schedule.
Plan recurring work
Choose detailed repeating schedules for reviews, invoicing, reports, and regular client commitments.
Work across Spaces
Separate clients and projects while keeping tasks assigned to you together in My Tasks.
Share with a team
Invite people by email, assign work, and control who can view or edit each Space.
What kind of sync is this?
ClearSpace currently provides task-to-calendar sync: dated ClearSpace tasks are sent to your primary Google Calendar. Existing Google Calendar events can be shown in ClearSpace after connecting, but editing a Google event does not update the ClearSpace task. Reconnect Google Calendar when Google’s access token expires.
