Useful for daily reviews, habits, and operational checks.
Repeat the task—not the setup.
ClearSpace gives recurring work a real schedule. Choose the interval, weekdays or month dates, start date, and optional end date, then keep each new task with the project and people it belongs to.
Repeat every week—or every few weeks—on the days you choose.
Schedule invoicing, reports, and reviews on the right dates.
Handle annual renewals and flexible intervals with an optional end.
Keep repeat work connected to the work around it.
A recurring task can still have a Space, assignee, priority, description, tags, comments, subtasks, and calendar date.
Client routines
Repeat status reports, invoices, content reviews, or monthly check-ins inside the right client Space.
Team responsibilities
Assign each task and let teammates work in only the Spaces they are allowed to view or edit.
Calendar visibility
Connect Google Calendar so dated ClearSpace tasks appear beside your meetings and commitments.
A calm active list
Finished tasks move to Done, keeping today’s work focused while preserving the history.
Separate workspaces
Keep businesses, teams, or parts of your life separate, each with its own members and plan.
Instant updates
New, changed, and completed tasks update automatically without manually refreshing the app.
Recurring tasks in ClearSpace
Can I choose the weekday?
Yes. For weekly recurrence, select the weekday or weekdays and choose how many weeks should pass between repeats.
Can I choose a monthly date?
Yes. Monthly schedules can repeat on the date you select instead of using only a generic “monthly” option.
Can the schedule end?
Yes. Add an optional end date when the work belongs to a fixed engagement or season.
Is Google Calendar sync two-way?
No. ClearSpace sends dated tasks to Google Calendar and can display upcoming events, but editing an event in Google Calendar does not update the task.
